Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing any product or using any service offered by The Rebuild 100. By completing a purchase or accessing any product or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Use govern your use of TheRebuild100.com, book.therebuild100.com, and all associated products, programs, and services offered by Jon Winful operating as The Rebuild 100.
2. Products and Services
The Rebuild 100 offers the following products:
The Man Nobody Knows - a digital eBook delivered via the Kotobee platform. Price: $11. Includes the Rebuild Record digital companion.
The Reset Room - a private audio sound bath. Sold as an add-on at checkout. Price: $7.
The Rebuild 100 - a private 100-day coaching and accountability program. Price: $3,995. or agreed payment plan.
A free Personal Rebuild Path call is available to book following purchase of the eBook. This is a 30-minute private video call with Jon Winful and is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment.
3. Purchase and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the relevant charge to your payment method.
For The Rebuild 100 program on a payment plan, you authorize all installment charges at the agreed schedule. Failure to complete installment payments does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid and may result in suspension of access to the program.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
The Rebuilt Man eBook
A full refund is available on The Rebuilt Man eBook within seven days of purchase, subject to the following condition:
You must have read the book and not experienced the shift described in the guarantee. To request a refund, email thebook@jonwinful.com within seven days of your purchase date. No refund requests will be accepted after seven days from purchase.
The decision as to whether the shift has or has not occurred rests with the purchaser acting in good faith. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or without genuine engagement with the material.
The Reset Room add-on is non-refundable once purchased.
The Rebuild 100 Program
The Rebuild 100 program carries a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access to the program has been granted.
This policy exists because the outcome of the program depends entirely on the effort, consistency, and honesty of the participant. Results are not guaranteed. The program provides structure, accountability, support, and tools. What you do with them is your responsibility.
By purchasing The Rebuild 100, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and agree to it as a condition of enrollment.
Discipline doesn't come with a return policy. The guarantee is the man you become when you stop needing one.
5. No Guarantee of Results
The Rebuild 100 and all associated products are educational and supportive in nature. They are not therapy, medical treatment, or clinical services. Results vary between individuals and depend on consistent participation, honest engagement, and personal effort.
No specific outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials and examples shared in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or representation that any particular result will be achieved.
Jon Winful is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Nothing communicated through any product, platform, call, or email constitutes professional medical or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified professional.
6. Program Access and Conduct
Access to The Rebuild 100 program is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account is prohibited.
Program access is granted for 100 days from your enrollment date plus a seven-day grace period. Access will be discontinued after this period. No extension is available unless expressly agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program without refund if you engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct toward Jon Winful or any other person associated with The Rebuild 100.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within The Rebuilt Man eBook, The Reset Room audio library, The Rebuild 100 program lessons, emails, and any other materials produced by The Rebuild 100 is the intellectual property of Jon Winful and The Rebuild 100.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any of this content without express written permission. This includes sharing login credentials, forwarding lesson content, or uploading any materials to any third-party platform.
8. Privacy
Your use of our websites and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review it carefully.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Rebuild 100 and Jon Winful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any product or service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or personal harm.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jon Winful and The Rebuild 100 from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of any product or service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our websites or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
